Becoming a member is easy. Just open a Savings Account with a $25 deposit and start enjoying all the benefits of Alpine Credit Union.

We currently have six branch locations, which include North Orem, South Orem, American Fork, Highland, Lehi and Eagle Mountain.

What You’ll Need to Get Started

  • A $25 opening deposit
  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • Proof of eligibility to join (see below)

Who Can Join?

Alpine Credit Union is member-owned and welcomes you. You're eligible to open an account if you are:

  • A Resident of the State of Utah: Anyone who resides in the State of Utah can become a member of Alpine CU because of our partnership with The Community Impact Fund*(CIF). This organization is an independent 501(c) 3 non-profit that provides education resources to enhance communities’ financial well-being.
  • Have Employment in one of our Associated Employer Groups: We are proud to serve employees and associations in the field of education. Click to see eligible employers included in our Alpine CU Eligibility List.

  • An immediate family member of a current Alpine CU member:
    If someone in your immediate family is already an Alpine Credit Union
    member, then you are eligible for membership.

Membership eligibility required. A $25 deposit is required to establish your Share Savings Account and activate membership. Contact Alpine Credit Union for full details. Note: When you sign up to be a member of the credit union, you agree to receive outbound text notifications on account status, such as loan and account approval, past due notice, and general account information. If at any point you'd like to opt-out of SMS Text Messaging and stop receiving communications via this method, please call 801-225-0256, e-mail us at service@alpinecu.com, or reply to the text with STOP to be removed and opted-out of the program.
*If you selected membership eligibility through Utah Resident/The Community Impact Fund (CIF) option, the following applies: I agree to a complimentary membership with The Community Impact Fund (CIF)’s Financial Education Program at no cost, ever.  I authorize Alpine Federal Credit Union to share my name, email, and enrollment date with CIF to receive a monthly financial education newsletter and membership portal access. CIF will never share my information with third parties. I can unsubscribe anytime while keeping lifetime portal access. My Alpine Federal Credit Union and CIF membership are independent; terminating one doesn’t affect the other.  Note: Following your enrollment process, we Alpine Federal Credit Union will send you an email with more details about your CIF membership, including a link to access CIF’s member financial education portal.
