The primary account holder of an Alpine Credit Union account is automatically covered with a personal iDefend Restore plan. Must be 18 years or older. As a primary account holder, you may choose to pay for additional family coverage for your spouse and/or children at any time. Simply login to your personal iDefend account to view family plan upgrades available at special member-only discounted rates.
Yes. The ID Theft Hotline is there to help you with any questions or concerns you have about identity theft, scams, computer and mobile device security, online privacy and other cyber threats.
No matter how your identity is stolen and used to commit fraud, you are covered. iDefend gives you protection against all forms of ID theft including credit fraud, tax return fraud, account takeover, medical benefit ID theft, unemployment benefit fraud, utilities fraud, home title theft, and more.
The free iDefend Restore plan does not include credit monitoring. You can add this additional coverage to your plan by upgrading to the Essentials or Elite plans. Simply login to your iDefend account to view available discounts on plan upgrades.
You are protected with an identity theft expense reimbursement policy that covers up to $1 million for any out-of-pocket costs incurred for attorneys, lost wages, court fees, and other expenses related to identity restoration.
