Promotional Period: October 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
The Alpine Credit Union Holiday Cash Back Promotion is available to eligible Alpine Credit Union Cash Back Visa® credit card accounts.
Cardholders will earn 1% cash back on qualifying net purchases made during the promotional period until cumulative qualifying net purchases reach $250.
Once cumulative qualifying net purchases during the promotional period reach $250, cardholders will earn 5% cash back on subsequent qualifying net purchases made through the end of the promotional period.
The 5% promotional cash-back rate is not retroactive. Purchases made before the $250 qualifying purchase threshold is reached will earn 1% cash back and will not be recalculated at the 5% promotional rate.
Qualifying Purchases
For purposes of this promotion, qualifying purchases are eligible purchase transactions made with an Alpine Credit Union Cash Back Visa® credit card that post to the account between October 15 and January 15th, 2027.
The following transactions do not qualify as purchases and do not earn promotional cash back: balance transfers, cash advances, ATM transactions, fees, finance charges or interest, returned or refunded purchases, credits, disputed or fraudulent transactions, and other transactions determined to be cash or cash equivalents.
Returns, refunds or credits associated with qualifying purchases may reduce the cardholder's cumulative qualifying purchase total and/or cash back earned.
Earning the 5% Promotional Rate
The $250 threshold is based on cumulative qualifying net purchases made during the promotional period.
After the $250 threshold has been reached, qualifying purchases made thereafter will earn 5% cash back through December 31, 2026.
The promotional 5% cash-back rate applies only to qualifying purchases made after the $250 threshold has been reached and does not apply retroactively to the purchases used to reach the $250 threshold.
Purchases made after December 31, 2026, are not eligible for the promotional cash-back rate.
