NOTICE OF THE CREDIT UNION’S ANNUAL MEETING & NOMINATION FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Annual Business Meeting of the Members will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025. Our Annual Business Meeting provides for the election of individuals to serve as members of the Board of Directors as mandated by our Bylaws. Also, it provides the opportunity for an annual status report of the credit union and other business associated with the credit union's operations.

A member interested in running for a position on the credit union’s Board of Directors should note the following eligibility and requirements to run for an elected position:

1- The member must be 18 years of age or older and bondable

2- The member must be in good standing with the credit union

To run for election, a member must provide the following ON OR BEFORE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20th, 2024 to be considered. Please email the following to election@alpinecu.com.

1- A Letter of Intent to run for a board member position

2- One (1) page, single-sided, personal resume`

3- High-resolution jpg. formatted portrait

Any Letter of Intent, along with the other required items, received after this date will not be considered. After receiving the Letter of Intent, you will receive a confirmation email detailing official election guidelines. *It should be noted that the committee conducts voting only at the Annual Business Meeting and members wishing to vote must be in attendance.
