Our American Fork Branch lobby is TEMPORARILY CLOSED. The drive-thru is open for business during regular hours from 9am-5:30pm M-F and 9am -Noon Saturday. If you have a need to access your safe deposit box at this branch, you can schedule an appointment to do so by calling 801-756-7697. Regular lobby access and hours will resume Monday, August 17th, 2020.

If you are in good health and have a transaction that you would prefer to do or requires in-person service you can now visit your local branch, as all lobbies are now open and appointments are no longer necessary. All branches will resume regular office and drive-thru hours. We just ask that you Come Back With Care for the safety of yourself and our employees. This means we ask that you are in good health and exhibit no signs of COVID-19 or other contagious illness, practice social distancing, and are generally doing your part to be a good social neighbor.

In return, for your safety and peace of mind we are committed to:

  • Disinfect all high-touch surfaces after transactions on a regular and frequent schedule.
  • Practice safe social distancing during your transaction. Distance Dots have been placed in lobbies for safe standing.
  • Using safety shields on our teller lines.
  • Make hand sanitizer readily available for visitors as well as employees.
  • Evaluate employee wellness with temperature checks each morning and require frequent handwashing.
  • Please just ASK. We will gladly wear a MASK. All employees will have an approved mask that can be worn upon the request of the member.

We are doing all that we can to provide the necessary services you need while maintaining a safe environment for you when you need to make a visit.

We still very much encourage the use of our drive-thru lanes, ATM’s, online banking, bill pay, digital payments, and all other available electronic banking services for as many of your transactions as possible. We hope to move slowly back to what will be a new normal for a period of time to ensure a slow and safe return to your banking experience. We will implement this new schedule as long as we feel it is safe and based on current information from the Utah State Health Department and our local government. As we have already stated, the well-being and protection of our employees, members, and your financial stability are our top priorities during these unprecedented times. In response to the US Government’s recommendation to limit gatherings to 10 people or less, and the CDC’s guidance in social distancing, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE ALL BRANCH LOBBIES AS OF FRIDAY, MARCH 20TH, 2020, AND OPERATE PRIMARILY THROUGH OUR DRIVE-THROUGH WINDOWS.

Our drive-through windows will remain open and staffed to meet member needs at all six of our branch locations. Drive-through hours will stay the same; please visit https://alpinecu.com/branch-locations for branch hours. Our Corporate Office and its personnel will be closed to the public at this time.

If your needs cannot be accommodated through the drive-through and if you are in good health, you can schedule an appointment by calling 801-225-0256 during regular business hours. These appointments will be able to be scheduled for the North Orem, American Fork, or Lehi Branch. We have staff available to take your call to schedule an appointment, answer your questions, conduct phone transactions, take payments, etc. As we try to help slow the spread of COVID-19 by avoiding cash transactions, please remember that you can utilize all our online and digital banking services in conjunction with our drive-through windows and ATM’s.

Once your application is received, a loan officer can then reach out by email or phone to help you along in the process. You can also apply over the phone by calling any one of our branches.


  • Most all credit union forms and documents can be signed digitally from your device using our secure eDoc system.

To provide further peace of mind to our members who may face a financial impact from this situation, we will be waiving fees for skipping a payment on all loans with the exception of mortgage products.
